When will my order ship and arrive?

Orders from Kind Times Dispensary are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after being placed. Processing time is separate from the shipping estimate and applies regardless of your selected shipping method. High order volume, inventory shortages, or address issues may delay fulfillment. If any product in your order is out of stock, we’ll reach out to provide an estimated lead time or suggest alternative options.

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delivery windows are not guaranteed by USPS, and delays once packages are in transit are beyond our control.

We currently offer:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Estimated 3–7 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail (Estimated 2–3 business days)

Please note: USPS service interruptions are not eligible for refunds. However, we’ll always do our best to assist you with any delivery delays.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please take a photo of the products and your packing slip and email us right away at support@kindtimesdispensary.com. We’ll make it right as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  • USPS Ground Advantage and Priority services include automatic insurance coverage of up to $100, including postage.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, you may file a claim directly with USPS: USPS Claims Center.

  • We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for unprotected lost or stolen orders.

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If our system detects a potential issue, we’ll reach out for confirmation. If we don’t receive a response within 2 business days, we will ship as entered. It’s your responsibility to ensure your address is correct. Once your order ships, we cannot make address changes.

Protecting Your Order with Route

Route Shipping Protection offers fast, hassle-free coverage in case your order is damaged, delayed, or lost.

  • Route is an independent shipping insurance provider.

  • The cost shown at checkout is your insurance premium — Kind Times Dispensary does not profit from it.

  • Claims through Route are faster and simpler than going through USPS.

  • You must select Route during checkout for coverage to apply.

While we’ll always do our best to help, we reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements for unprotected lost/stolen orders in order to prevent misuse.

Discreet & Secure Packaging

We ship all orders discreetly with no mention of cannabis, hemp, or dispensary contents. On shipping labels and bank charges, we appear as Kind Times LLC. Packaging is minimal, secure, and often sealed with our "Good Vibes Inside" tape.

For edible products (like caramels) during warm weather (above 80ºF), we include ice packs rated for up to 72 hours. These do not guarantee items will remain cool but help reduce the risk of softening or melting.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Puerto Rico

We do not ship internationally due to the risk of seizure, delays, or damage during customs clearance for hemp and cannabis-related products.

Some products may be restricted in certain states. If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your location, you’ll be notified at checkout.
