6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

  • 7.1. Unopened, unused products** (excluding flower) may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • 7.2 We do not offer monetary refunds—only like‑for‑like exchanges or store credit of equal value.

  • 7.3 Non‑Exchangeable Items

  • 7.4 All flower products (including pre‑rolls, loose buds, shake, and trim) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • 7.5 Any item that has been opened, partially used, or removed from its original packaging is ineligible for exchange.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
